ORLANDO – For Kyle Parker, redemption came at the best opportune moment in the 2008 Under Armour All-America HS Football Game at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. Coming off a previous drive which ended in an interception and a return for a go-ahead touchdown for Team Undeniable, Parker proved he can rebound and stay poised at the biggest moment. With his team trailing 14-10, Parker, on the eighth play of a drive that milked 4:57 off the fourth quarter play clock, threw a seven yard touchdown pass to Jamie Harper to clinch the victory 17-14.

The Clemson-bound Parker finished the game by going nine of thirteen through the air with one other interception and 114 yards. “I tried to brush off that interception in the previous drive and move on, but interceptions are going to happen and just have to keep going and make a play,” stated Parker. “I just have to give a lot of credit to the line and the rest of the guys that made all kinds of awesome plays.”

The first quarter of action saw just two total drives as Team Click-Clack used all three of their active quarterbacks on the roster. E.J. Manuel, Kyle Parker and Nick Crissman went three plays a piece before turning the fate of their first drive to kicker Jeff Locke. Crissman was sacked by Omar Hunter for a loss of 10 yards to the Team Undeniable 17 yard line, which led to the Locke missed field goal attempt from 35 yards away giving the ball to Team Undeniable with 12:06 melted away from the game clock. Hunter ended up with two sacks on the day as he got Manuel for a five yard loss at the end of the third quarter.

Getting the start for Team Undeniable was Mike Glennon, who is the younger brother of Virginia Tech quarterback Sean Glennon. The nation's top rated receiver Julio Jones wasted no time showing the reason he is wanted by virtually every school in the country with a 21 yard reception to open the drive. Another highly-touted prospect out of Van, Texas in Jermie Calhoun made sure his own presence was felt with a six carries and 16 yards during the opening drive for Team Undeniable. Jones would on to the drive with receptions of 17 and 21 more yards respectively. On the first play of the second quarter, Glennon rushed in for a one yarder giving Undeniable a 7-0 lead. Glennon finished the game going five of 12 passing for 88 yards giving him Team Undeniable MVP honors.

Team Click-Clack's next drive saw Manuel take the reigns for the entire drive and taking his squad all the way to the four yard line. With a 2nd and goal play from the four yard line, Courtney Upshaw sent Manuel back to the 13 yard line. Two plays after Manuel was sacked, Jeff Locke made the score 7-3 in favor of Team Undeniable on a 30 yard field goal with 5:30 left in the first half. On the following possession, DaQuan Bowers tackled Team Undeniable rusher DeSean Hales for an eight yard loss from the 33 yard line to the 25 to start off a drive that resulted in a 46 yard Carson Wiggs punt seven plays later. Bowers ended up with two tackles, one pass break up and three quarterback hurries en route to earning the MVP honors for Team Click-Clack.

While the Team Click-Clack defense had its stars shining, Team Undeniable's defense had a few standout performances themselves including Wisconsin-bound Tyler Westpahl sacking Parker for a loss of seven with just under a minute to play in the first half. The final play of the first half saw the first of two interceptions thrown by Parker when Florida-bound Will Hill of St. Peter's Prep in New Jersey caught the ball at the 13 yard line returning it 62 yards before being brought down at the 25 yard line.

The start of the second half saw Team Click-Click take a 10-7 lead as Nick Crissman connected on a 32 yard touchdown pass to D.J. Grant with 7:31 to go in the third quarter. On the next drive, Team Undeniable's Braden Hanson was intercepted by Spencer Adams deep at the Team Click-Clack 10 yard line at returned for another 25 yards. The next drive would extend one play into the fourth quarter on a Locke punt to the 35 yard line.

On Team Click-Clack's first play and first possession of the fourth quarter, Parker was intercepted by Charles Whitlock at the 38 yard line and returned for a touchdown making the score 14-10 Team Undeniable. Parker started the next drive off with a seven yard run from his own 35 yard line. Aundre Dean took the next play 17 yards to the Team Undeniable 42 yard line. Dean's run, would prove to be the longest rush of the game. Parker would convert a pair of first downs in the drive with passes to Andre-Deangelo Ellington and T.J. Lawrence for 13 and 17 yards sending Team Click-Clack to the seven yard line. From the seven, Jamie Harper caught a pass the gave Team Click-Clack the eventual game-winning touchdown.
