With great sadness, the 2007 Texas HS Football Season came to a close just a few days before Christmas but there is always time for reflection. There are always the memories of the blood, sweat and tears left out on the gridiron by hundreds of the state's student-athletes that sell and swallow their pride every week. This entire list is dedicated to every single one of them.
Each and every year the Texas high school football landscape is shaped and defined by the many great stories of triumph, glory, guts, pain, sweat, tears and memories that last a lifetime. The 2007 season was no different than any other season in recent memory. With the memories of the 2007 Texas HS Football season now set in stone, TexasHSFootball.com will bring back those memories with our fourth annual list of top games of the year. It is one of our most anticipated countdowns each and every year. So let the debate begin!
Before we begin the countdown, please keep in mind that while we realize there are hundreds of games to chose from. And some games that did not make the list, likely could and should be on the list. The list below is based on quality, impact, emotion and a few other criterias. Lists such as these will not always be in agreement with what you or someone else might have expected. With that being said, please enjoy our countdown and have fun reflecting back from the season!
