Texas HS Football - Guide Home - Preview Home - Pasadena Dobie
Dobie Longhorns
DISTRICT 23-5A

by Christopher Lyke
Texas HS Football Chief Editor

The Longhorns in 2004 had a very long life deep into the playoffs thanks to a vast group of seniors and the running ability of Adrian Dennis. Now in 2005, the Longhorns will have to contend with the loss of 40 lettermen. Sam Proctor will be moving into the quaterback position after spending time at wide receiver and running back. Proctor will be dealing ith an extremely inexperienced line from the starting gates. Over on defense, the Longhorns return three starters. All thee happen to be in the linebacker position.
