Haltom was a very good offensive team in 2004. In fact, they were one of the better offenses in the area. But defensively, the defense had very few answers to its district counterparts. In 2005, defense should be much more improved now that they have had a year to develope under Perry's system. If the Buffaloes can find a running back and an offensive line to protect McDonald, they could be one of the more improved teams in the region.
