The Alvin Yellowjackets were able to compete quite well in a competitive district last season, but the question will be whether they will be able to compete once again and surprise the rest of the district with its skill position battles. A very experienced and well rounded defensive line may actually hold the keys to whether Alvin could possibly steal a playoff spot and at least compete.
