The North Lamar Panthers, despite having one of the lowest enrollment figures in all of Class 4A, should be in the hunt once again for a playoff spot. The leader of the offense is that of Broderick Franklin, who rushed for over 2,000 yards with 23 TD and gaining recognition with second team All-State and District Offensive MVP honors. The defense has nine senior starters lined up and should see a vast improvement from 2005.
