1. Is the combine an invite only combine?
No, High School Football Combine '07 is NOT an invite only combine. It is open to all high school football players. However, it is recommended that you inform your coach that you are attending the combine.
2. What should I bring to the combine?
The most important thing is to be as comfortable as you possibly can. Please do not wear cleats or spikes, flat sole shoes are recommended. If you are pre-registered, make sure you bring identification and the confirmation e-mail you received when registering for the combine. If you are registering at the combine, make sure you bring identification. If you are under 18 and registering at the event your parents must sign the forms at registration.
3. Why should I pre-register for the combine?
Pre-Registration to the combine ensures you of priority status for further benefits involving the combine, including material to help guide you through the recruiting process, special offers from sponsors of the combine, a combine t-shirt, profile information and a few other items. Pre-Registration will also speed you through the check-in quicker at the combine.
4. Are there any costs involved in attending the combine?
High School Football Combine '07 is an event that is FREE to attend. If you had previously paid a fee to attend the combine, please contact our office as soon as possible. Our contact information can be found here.
5. How can I get a copy of my results?
We will be sending your results to you via e-mail and we will also be sending your results directly to your coach via fax or e-mail.
6. Who will get my combine results?
The list of people who will get your combine results are of the following: Every college and university that has a football program from Division I to JUCO, your high school football coach, yourself or your parents and college recruiters.
7. Will college coaches be at the combine?
Due NCAA Rules, college coaches are prohibited from attending combines or where testing of student-athletes in high school is present. Nor can a combine occur on the campus of college institution.
8. What consists of the Interview session?
High School Football Combine '07 will have an interview session that will allow the student-athlete to discuss what their goals are for college, describe what type of player they are, how they can contribute to their team and what they are looking for in a college. The interviews are in range of 5-10 minutes and will be recorded though audio format. To schedule an interview during the Combine Interview Session, please contact our office by May 25. 9. I am from a state outside of Texas and Oklahoma, Can I attend?
Yes, High School Football Combine '07 is open to all high school football players across the country. Regardless of where you are from, you are welcomed to attend as long as you fill out our registration form completely.
10. Can I attend if my graduating class is 2009, 2010 and 2011?
Yes, High School Football Combine '07 is open to all high school football players graduating in the years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
11. Are there any back-up plans in case of bad weather on combine day?
Yes, if there is bad weather or wet conditions that is either in the area or approaching, we will move all activities to an indoor facility at the same location.
12. If I have any other questions regarding the combine, who shall I contact?
Yes! There will be recruiting experts at the combine. One of which is National recruiting guru Max Emfinger. Emfinger will be selecting up to five players who participate in the combine to play in his 2008 All-American Bowl Game Classic at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson, Mississippi on January 4, 2008. We are also working on oher national recruiting experts to attend the combine.
